Answer for Question 11

 

1. Go to "Control Panel" from the "Start" menu. 

2.  Double kick on the "System" icon. 

3.  Click on the "Hardware" pulldown tag and click "Devices Manager". 

4.  Look for the Modem device that had been installed and double on it. 

5.  Look for "Sound control" slide bar and adjust the volume to your deserve. 

6. Click "Apply" and "Save" 

7.  Close all above Windows. 

8. If you were still using Win9x or WinMe, it is required to restart the system, however, if you were using WinXP,  no restart      is required.
